Letter to "AA" parents
As you know London is hosting the 2009 Ontario AA Championships. Melinda Suchard and Ron Vermeltfoort are co-chairing the event.
As host team parents it is expected everyone will pitch in to the greatest extent possible. One obvious benefit to us of course is that our girls will compete in the event at first class facilities with many family and friends in attendance with little of the substansial personal costs of travel and lodging normally incurred. It is a major undertaking to stage such an event and there are many tasks, large and small to go around. Please do try to attend this meeting and if unable confirm with me that you are onboard. Subcommittees will be set so that individual's energies, skills and schedules can be customized.
